A closing reception for "Putting a Face on Syria" will be held in the Lewandowski Student Gallery on Friday, September 23, 2016 from 6:30 - 8 p.m. "Putting a Face on Syria" is an exhibition of Tina Manley's award-winning photographs of Syrian refugees from across the world. Manley traveled throughout Syria, Lebanon and Turkey, as well as many other countries, in order to document the current refugee crisis. Open to the public, light refreshments provided.
Join us at 11 AM Tuesday, September 13 in Rutledge Building 119 for a presentation from Tina Manley, the photographer behind the inspirational exhibition "Putting a Face on Syria." Manley's exhibition is currently on display in the Lewandowski Student Gallery through September 26. Free, open to the public and qualifies as a global cultural event for Winthrop students.
A closing reception for "in-between" will be held in the Lewandowski Student Gallery on September 1, 2016 from 5 pm - 8 pm. "In-between" is an art show including current MFA students Jill Gottschalk and Anastasia Netrebine's work. It is also the first Fine Arts Graduate Student meeting of the Fall 2016 semester. Open to the public, light refreshments provided.

Skees' exhibition is currently on display in the Rutledge Gallery, and will be until March 11. Free, open to the public and qualifies as a cultural event for Winthrop students.
To celebrate Kristin Smith Skees' "Cozy" and Cat del Buono's "Voices" the galleries will host an opening reception on Friday, February 5th from 6:30 until 8 PM.
